International Day for the Eradication of Poverty
An event every year that begins at 12:00am on of October, repeating indefinitely
17 October every year: Raising awareness of the need to eradicate poverty.
This day, declared by the UN General Assembly, aims to promote awareness of the need to eradicate poverty and destitution in all countries, particularly in developing countries.
