Here, the Economist Educational Foundation provides a useful 6-lesson introductory pack on financial crises. The pack is designed to give students a basic understanding of the UK’s banking system, recessions, crashes and how banks attempt to resolve them. 

Applicable for KS4+, the pack is full of activities that encourage students to engage in the debates that surround financial crashes whilst learning the key concepts needed to understand them.
