This is a series of three booklets which use 'easier English' versions of New Internationalist (NI) articles to explore a wide range of global justice issues. They can be used by teachers of any subject but are targeted at ESOL and English/Literacy. They have been compiled by, and support NI's Easier English wiki, and they each cover six topics, as follows:

Pre Intermediate booklet (A2)

Each topic covers at least 2 hours’ work, so 12 hours per booklet. They can be used in one-to-one classes, self-study, or in small groups with or without a teacher, enabling students to practise reading, speaking and writing, and to develop vocabulary and grammar. Each booklet costs £3.99 or just £3 if you buy five or more.
