Stop the Spread is a STEM challenge from Practical Action suitable for 7-16-year-old learners. Pupils research the work being done to stop the spread of infectious diseases around the world (including the Sustainable Development Goals). They then design, build and test a model of a hand-washing device. They present their model, together with creative education materials for children in a primary school in Kenya, back to the class for feedback.
