Sounds of Peace toolkit

Created by

Peace One Day

The Sounds of Peace toolkit has been created by Musicians without Borders in partnership with Peace One Day to celebrate Peace Day on 21 September.

The highly experienced community music lead trainers at Musicians without Borders have created and developed content for this toolkit/lesson plan which consists of very easy-to-follow steps that anyone, not only musicians, can use to lead the workshop in their classrooms, or communities.

The aim of this toolkit/lesson plan is to give a tool to enhance community togetherness, tolerance, empathy and peace through a community music workshop when marking Peace Day.

You can download the toolkit on the Peace One Day website. Each activity includes a link to a YouTube video. You can view all the videos in the Sounds of Peace Playlist
