Chembakolli Map

This map supports work on unit 10: A village in India in the QCA Scheme of Work. Using the map to make geographical enquiries will help familiarise pupils with Chembakolli’s location and geographical features. Questions such as ‘What does the map tell you about Chembakolli?’ ‘How does it look different from where we live?’ and ‘What would you see here?’ will encourage close observation of the map, its key, and the inset map showing Chembakolli’s location in India. The reverse has three photocopiable activity sheets designed for use with the map.
